Efficiency with kindness, consideration and integrity
Over the past year I have dealt with Sinclair Hammelton as seller, then as buyer and now as a potential landlord. Russell, Natalie and all the staff at Sinclair Hammelton seem to recognise that buying or selling a house is one of life's most stressful events.. In recent transactions, first as vendor and then as a purchaser, my experience was that each stage of the process was handled efficiently, and any concerns were discussed promptly and without fuss. I always felt that if I asked a question I would get an honest answer, even if the answer was not always the one I wanted to hear. The valuations seemed fair, and in each case everyone worked hard on our behalf to bring the sale to completion as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Professional, dedicated service

Excellent agent, excellent service.
From the moment I appointed Sinclair Hammelton to sell my house everything was dealt with in a very smooth and efficient manner. The team are friendly and helpful and work hard to achieve high standards of success. Their marketing of my house was superb and it generated a lot of interest. The teams hard work with viewings paid off and the house sold within a few days. Natalie was excellent and made sure everything was taken care of so a quick completion could be achieved at the buyers request. This was a stress free enjoyable experience. Tenacity, determination and patience to manage a long chain
Our house was sold quickly and efficiently for a good price. Then the fun began. Morwenna kept our buyers on side and kept pushing at every link of the chain (up to 11) over the next 6 months. We were glad we had not used an internet agent as Sinclair Hammelton's local knowledge of the areas and agents in the chain was helpful in managing the chain. They also kept us well informed.

Smooth, Efficient Transaction
I recently purchased my apartment which was marketed by Sinclair Hammelton. I have been extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism experienced during the buying process, particularly from Morwenna Wittey. Mo was able to answer all of our questions promptly and was flexible in arranging additional viewings of the property following acceptance of our offer. All in all we had a positive buying experience and when we are ready to sell our apartment, Sinclair Hammelton will be our estate agent of choice.

First class and professional service
I was searching for a buy to let property in the Bromley South area, close to the shops and railway station with a budget up to £250,000. I wanted a local agent who knew the area well and therefore would be able to give me an idea both as to the current price within the market and also potential rental income. Matthew, the agent I was dealing with was professional and courteous throughout the process. Despite viewing many properties and putting offers on some of those properties and not getting them, we persisted until we landed our purchase. Matthew kept me updated throughout the transaction, all the way up to completion. As a result of their excellent service, I also went onto use them to rent out the property, which was expertly dealt with by Nicola and her team.

Excellent service

Excellent agents
Morwenna in the Bromley office was brilliant and found us our perfect first house after two others fell through. We had bad experiences with another large estate agency but Sinclair Hammelton were brilliant. Very happy buyers.
