During our search for a property we came to know many of the sales team at Miles and Barr and found Dasha who sold us our new home to be very helpful and friendly. This applies to most of those who showed us around the many properties we viewed. I wasn’t so impressed with the service following the acceptance of our offer - the person we dealt with was clearly stretched. There is no doubt that M&B are pretty dominant locally as demonstrated by the number of properties they marketed during the 6-9 months we were actively looking.

I've used Miles & Barr on a number of occasions for both buying/selling and renting out properties. They are the biggest agent in the area & a name that most people are familiar with. The Broadstairs team are a knowledgeable friendly bunch who proactively marketed the property which sold when confidence in the market was low. I'd use them again.

Dan and his team did a great job in showing us houses that met most our requirements. Dan showed us a house and we could see the potential instantly. We are now getting ready to move in to our dream family home. Dan and his team worked quickly and sold our house too. They were always contactable which made the process of buying and selling a house that much easier.
