Sarah from the outset was very reassuring and professional in helping us get our house on the market. The marketing was excellent and we were guided through the whole process. Would recommend to anyone who is considering selling their house. Joe was also fantastic in showing clients around our property and took all the stress away. A wonderful reassuring service.

Buying and selling a property is a big occasion and at times very stressful with estate agents and solicitors not always working at the speed you expect or seeking. However, I've learnt through my experience it's all a process, which you need to learn to go with. In the end it all came together and now I'm happy in my new home. Miles & Barr was very helpful and always polite addressing my concerns and would consider them again in any future move.

Dasha was very helpful in arranging our viewings prior to purchase and getting help for us from the lettings team. Jenny, Natalie and Alan were knowledgeable about the rental market and Natalie was super responsive and helpful, also going the extra mile to make contact and provide information. Thank you.

During our search for a property we came to know many of the sales team at Miles and Barr and found Dasha who sold us our new home to be very helpful and friendly. This applies to most of those who showed us around the many properties we viewed. I wasn’t so impressed with the service following the acceptance of our offer - the person we dealt with was clearly stretched. There is no doubt that M&B are pretty dominant locally as demonstrated by the number of properties they marketed during the 6-9 months we were actively looking.
