Dealt with James at the Broadstairs branch initially when I had other agents value my Mothers property, stupidly I went for a higher valuation and lower fee with another agent which failed to work out (surprise, surprise). Having gone back to James he was extremely proactive as were all of his colleagues. Being an Estate Agent myself in East London, I should have known better and gone with James in the first place, he wasn't the cheapest fee, but, you get what you pay for at the end of the day. I phoned the recently opened Broadstairs branch, to make an enquiry about selling my property and what I would need to do. I was very impressed with the young lady who I spoke too, Charlotte is very informative, very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling property and what it entails, this have given me lots to think about and when I have made my decision I will be calling on Charlotte to help me.

Gave a very helpful service from the estate agent representative during viewings. Questions answered and those not known were checked out and answers provided. Also knowledgeable on visiting property. COVID-19 restrictions enforced. Overall all very good. Definitely use them again.
