Dealt with James at the Broadstairs branch initially when I had other agents value my Mothers property, stupidly I went for a higher valuation and lower fee with another agent which failed to work out (surprise, surprise). Having gone back to James he was extremely proactive as were all of his colleagues. Being an Estate Agent myself in East London, I should have known better and gone with James in the first place, he wasn't the cheapest fee, but, you get what you pay for at the end of the day.
