Our experience was somewhat anomalous as we never actually saw the property before picking up the keys from Dasha and Alan outside our new house (We live abroad in “amber” territory). That said, the Miles and Barr description of the property was accurate and true-to-life, and the condition inside exceeded my expectations. The Sales team acted promptly at all stages of the process, from our offer in March to the completion date in June. So full marks!

Firstly, I am not affiliated with Miles & Barr in any way. This is my genuine experience. I was nervous about selling my property but Miles & Barr were very relaxed and guided me through the process. They gave good advice as to presentation and what buyers want to see which also helped the sale. Throughout the process the Team kept in regular contact about viewings, offers and feedback. They kept communication straightforward, easy to understand and their experience of this industry is clear to see. The house has sold in 4 months, which given current UK circumstances with Covid is a lot faster than I thought. Other notes are: Their fees are standard and dont seem excessive considering our sale price. Their recommended Conveyancers PLS were also excellent and compliment the Miles & Barr service. We never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision. And finally, we would definitely us Mile & Barr again.

Met Dan Woodward in the Broadstairs branch. He was polite, professional and very helpful with regards to knowledge on the area. Highly recommend going through this branch of Miles & Barr. I have had emails of properties regularly and everyone has been courteous. Very pleased with the service and hopefully will be able to find a property through them soon.
