I have dealt primarily with Charlotte and Sarah at Miles and Barr, and I am very pleased with the level of service they have both provided. Sarah showed us around a few properties, and on a very icy snowy day she still arrived on time which we were so grateful for :) Dealing with our offer was Charlotte, who was very communicative and responsive. Overall I am thrilled with the service and long may it continue. Our offer is confirmed subject to contract and survey, so fingers crossed!

Miles & Barr provided an expert and friendly service in all areas. Our initial contact with the team was customer focused and they did everything they could to accommodate our needs and help us progress to completion in buying our property. Dasha went above and beyond in communicating with the seller and with us to secure the purchase and we are grateful for her determined professionalism and warmth in achieving the right result for us.A great service!

Having been a lifetime sceptic of estate agents generally, I have completely changed my mind. Dan Woodward and his team at Miles & Barr in Broadstairs worked tirelessly over many months to sell an unusual property and eventually secured a buyer at an acceptable price. They always returned my calls, were helpful and considerate and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Bravo!

Really impressed with the service of miles and Barr. Honest, efficient and worked quickly to get what we needed. Unfortunately for unforeseen circumstances we had to take our house off the market but could not fault the service, particularly from Steve. All the team was friendly and good at their job. When our circumstances change again and we can move this is the only estate agents we would recommend in Thanet. Thank you!

I had a really great experience with the Miles and Barr agency. Neil has found for me an amazing deal. I have dealt with other agents in the past and Mikes and Barr are the best by far, very professional and responsive with an excellent customer service.
