In my experience I have found Northwood's Estate Agents to be excellent. I've used them as a Letting Agent for years and I also sold a property with them recently. I met Hannah Drummond back at the start who was very polite, knowledgeable and clearly has excellent values as a person, I found that to be true throughout my time with Northwoods. Matthew Hodge was the Letting Agent and worked diligently throughout the years I've known him. Matthew Bingham was the Selling Agent and was a great help when I needed to get the sale over the line, very good at what he does, very good communication skills, which is what you need at times. Overall I give them 5 stars as it's rare to see people not only good at what they do, but you can tell they are genuinely good caring people, rare in my experience.
