Buying a house in the UK is not an easy process, and we had a bad experience prior to appointing DDM. Choosing a professional and honest agent is crucial to this and I can't recommend DDM highly enough, they were honest, professional, put the needs of their customer first, were always available when we needed them, did everything they said they were going to do and found the right buyers for our house quickly. Its been quite the journey with DDM, we were originally with another estate agent who were not very professional and then we met Liberty on a viewing, she was so professional and friendly that we decided to move over to DDM and that was nearly 2 years ago!! Liberty & Darryl had no problem selling our property, it was just unfortunate we had buyers pull out twice. When we felt like it was the end of the line, Liberty kept us reassured that we would find our 3rd time lucky buyer and she found them.
