We recently completed on the sale of our property with DDM and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Right from the start Liberty was very responsive, professional and committed to make things go as smoothly as possible. Liberty went above and beyond when it became quite stressful and the commutation was excellent, we are very grateful to Liberty for getting us to completion. We will not hesitate in recommending DDM to anyone selling a property.

Our property had been on the market with another agent for 7 months with no viewings. David from DDM came to view the property and was very professional and confident. We put it on the market with DDM mid January and moved house last Friday! Big thank you to David and Mollie who kept me informed and answered my queries all the way through. From the moment we approached DDM, the service was fast and professional and friendly. Everything was explained to us in easy to understand detail. Professional pictures and going out of their way to market our property in a consistent manner. We always received feedback and updates on the progress of our sale. Very reasonable cost. If we ever move again, we will definitely go straight to DDM.

I can not recommend Daryl enough, he kept us updated every step of the way and actively got involved with the solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked him to contact the vendors for advice how to look after the pond we had inherited. HIGHLY recommend this company. Thanks again Daryl Sarah & Debi

Having had our 4 bed detached on the market for over 6 months with only time wasters viewing we thought 'lets try another agent'. We talked to quite a few who trotted out the usual 'reduce the price'. People had told us not to bother with DDM but what's to lose and let's see for ourselves. Wham, Bam fab-U-lus. The MD came round, loved the house/location and 48 hours later it was sold. There was a long chain with the buyer but the DDM team were on it, chasing, pushing and keeping us posted almost on a daily basis. The sales adviser looking after us was Mollie - to say she was brilliant doesn't do her justice. Outstanding young lady. Would we recommend DDM--- Yeah, I guess so.😁😁
