I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the staff at the Shenfield branch. They were swift with responding to any queries we had, as first time buyers we did have a few questions and the ladies were more than happy to help. The exchange and completion process was alot more straight forward than we expected too, and picking up the keys from their office was a delight. Thank you for your guidance, we really appreciate it during a stressful but exciting time!
