I recently bought a property through Hilbery Chaplin, and Taila was exceptional throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, and consistently on top of every detail. Any time I had a question or needed reassurance, she was quick to respond and made everything feel straightforward and manageable. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Taila’s calm approach and clear communication made a huge difference. She kept me updated at every stage and handled any issues with real care and efficiency. I’m genuinely grateful for her support and would happily recommend Taila and the whole team at Hilbery Chaplin to anyone purchasing a property. Ann & Mick
