Hilbury stood by,watched and did nothing but allow us to be GAZUMPED by £10k on our purchase price-we were not even offered the house at the new price and had to break contract with our own young first time buyers-Shambolic,do NOT use

As agents, we are legally required to pass all offers to our client, and until contracts are exchanged the seller is entitled to accept another offer.
While we understand how frustrating this is, the decision was ultimately the seller’s and not within our control.
