From the moment I walked into the Shenfield branch, the team has been helpful, friendly and professional. Emma has progressed the purchase very swiftly to date, and Sue was very flexible in arranging a viewing, and progression thereafter. We wanted to view the property at short notice, and Chloe has been exceptional. Not only did she oblige this request and facilitate a viewing with a potential tenant, but at the property, her comments were professional, informed and very constructive - she really set an exemplary tone for the way in which the agent should conduct matters, and I am confident that the team will continue to do so.
