Originally a recommendation by a friend I was instantly impressed by the initial contact and communication from Joe. I then spent some time looking at other agents and online providers (who may have been cheaper but lacked a professional touch!) but the first impression by Balgores stayed prominent so there really was no other company close! Joe and Billy did a very good job in handling the sale of my flat. Valuation turned out to be spot on. Queries were answered promptly and solicitors chased, especially as we approached exchange. By the end of the process I felt as if I was dealing with loyal friends. I would have hesitancy in recommending them and there solicitor's.
