Joe Lambert did exactly what was needed, and said he would, in finding a buyer and then was very pro-active in getting the sale progressed. A job well done.

Originally a recommendation by a friend I was instantly impressed by the initial contact and communication from Joe. I then spent some time looking at other agents and online providers (who may have been cheaper but lacked a professional touch!) but the first impression by Balgores stayed prominent so there really was no other company close! The original help from Michael and the leg work by Joe nearer completion I felt was of a very very high standard and totally worth paying for!! Good service overall, smooth transaction.

Bought my house though balgores Hayes and then sold it 6years later though them with Joe Hayes being my port of call. It was a long process but not balgores fault and was always on the phone chasing people and keeping me up to date. Always rate them when people ask about estate agents. Thanks Joe and team.
