Webbers Estate Agents Braunton

Fantastic and professional service from all the staff at Webber's Braunton office. Really informative and welcoming viewings. We wanted to get a feel of houses in different areas to start and they were more than happy to accommodate. Highly professional service all round, friendly staff and great communication throughout which made things a lot less stressful! Thanks again Webber's Braunton.

Lynne and the team from Webbers have been superb. Lynne was considerate of the circumstances and made the whole process very straightforward. She and the team responded speedily and effectively to all enquiries and it was clear She had oversight of all the ongoing elements. I have moved a number of times in the last Ten years and this was by fair the most uncomplicated. I felt reassured and confident at every stage of the proceedings and would happily recommend them in future. Thank you.

As first time landlords, we were grateful to be guided all the way through the process by Grace at the Braunton office. From the initial evaluation of our property to viewings, tenant selection & vetting, Grace efficiently and quickly organised everything. Not having too many tradespeople to call upon, the team were also able to organise things like the EPC certificate, electrical safety certificate and gas safety check through their pool of preferred contractors, all of whom were very professional themselves. Our experience so far has been excellent and we would be happy to recommend Webbers to anyone starting out down this path.

Webbers Estate agents have been simply superb. Professional, courteous, understanding and always there to answer a query and always phone back with updates. I highly recommend and thank you Lindsay and Lee.

We have just sold our house in Braunton through Webbers and they were excellent throughout the process. We dealt mainly with Max, but spoke to all of the staff and they were all very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

We bought through Webbers and if it wasn’t for Annie and Lyn keeping us informed I wouldn’t have had a clue. They helped so much and guided us through a difficult long chain. From start of purchase to end they have been outstanding. Highly recommend what a fantastic service we received 😊 we moved from the Midlands to our forever home 🏡

Great team at Webbers in Braunton. Selling a house is pretty stressful though Webbers took it all in their stride and worked as a team. We had a few buyers drop out of our house sale, though Webbers acted instantly and searched for the next buyer. Always easy to reach and very responsive, often after work hours and well into the evening. A very dedicated team. I would recommend them.
