As first time landlords, we were grateful to be guided all the way through the process by Grace at the Braunton office. From the initial evaluation of our property to viewings, tenant selection & vetting, Grace efficiently and quickly organised everything. Not having too many tradespeople to call upon, the team were also able to organise things like the EPC certificate, electrical safety certificate and gas safety check through their pool of preferred contractors, all of whom were very professional themselves. Our experience so far has been excellent and we would be happy to recommend Webbers to anyone starting out down this path.
