Tristram's informed me immediately about every viewing and the responses from potential buyers. A buyer was found very quickly, in about two weeks. The conveyancing was long and complex, and whilst that is the solicitor's job, Liam at Tristrams stayed very much involved and kept me informed of progress. Tristrams have done everything to smooth the way, and I am entirely satisfied with the service.

I had not heard of Trsitam's before buying my house through them but I have to say how brilliant they were, especially Liam Kavanagh. moving house is very stressful and there are so many different parties to liaise with. it was such a relief to know that Liam and Tristam's had everything covered and I didn't once have to worry about them or chase them up. They kept me up to date at all points and I could not have asked for a better service. I would highly recommend anyone who is buying/selling to use them - I know they will be the first estate agent I call when I decide to move again. Keep up the brilliant customer service that many larger estate agents seem to lack.

As we were moving from abroad, the task of renting a property in Nottingham was proving to be a difficult one.
