Good letting agent so far, responsive and convenient to sign everything online as we were moving from Edinburgh. Tristram's were much more accommodating of this than Robert Ellis who were insisting we made multiple trips back and forth from Edinburgh during a pandemic. Inventory was thorough and better than a lot of previous rentals mainly due to it being video rather than photographic.

I am currently looking for a Student house with 6 others and we couldn't have asked for better service. My initial point of contact was Nicola Morris and she has been amazing in helping us find a house. She was not only great at answering any questions we had, and promptly. She also came back into contact with me with another option after we lost out on another house. As a student I couldn't have asked for more as we were all initially really worried at finding a house in time. Very satisfied!

Tristrams weren't even our estate agents in our recent house move. They were representing our seller's. Despite this, Phil was incredibly proactive, responsive and supportive of us- always keeping us updated and answering calls from us. Our move was absolutely horrendous from the start for other reasons, but Phil couldn't do enough for us. If all estate agents were like Phil, then house moving would be a lot less stressful!
