Being a student I was initially worried about finding an estate agents that were comfortable with dealing with students. Tristram’s have been unbelievable, firstly on right move their listings of properties go into great detail, and with most of the properties there were online viewings on YouTube which made it a lot easier to rule out any properties myself and a friend weren’t too keen on. Getting in contact with them to arrange viewings was so easy via telephone, also they respond to your emails very quickly which is so helpful when you have lots of questions to ask. We viewed a few properties yesterday and as soon as we found the one, after the viewings were finished we were told by Savannah how to put forward an application for the property which was a lot easier than I had hoped. Today we have put down a weeks deposit on the flat we loved, which hearing about less than 24 hours later we viewed was so professional and a huge relief. For any students looking for anywhere to live, look no further than these guys, they made us feel so at ease and welcomed us with open arms!

Really impressed with the team at Tristrams. I've dealt directly with Nicola and Charlotte who were both great. Nicola showed us around the property even though is was a last minute request and answered all of our questions and Charlotte has been very responsive and fantastic to deal with. We loved the house and three weeks later we moved in and are so happy with our new home. We couldn't have done it without the team at tristrams - will definitely recommend to anyone :)

My boyfriend and I are currently in the process of trying to rent out our first house together. The team that works here have been really nice towards us and incredibly helpful. Nicola Morris was our first point of contact and has been absolutely outstanding towards us both, she has been nothing but kind, when other letting agents have scoffed at us due to our lack of experience. Tristram's came in and helped us when our sale fell through and the other Estate agent were unhelpful to say the least. Dale came round the following day and got our house up on the market by the next morning. Everyone at Tristram's were beyond helpful and extremely good at communicating which gave us the reassurance we needed that they would sell our house quickly. Tristrams are by far the best estate agents I’ve dealt with. Respond quickly. Happy to answer any questions and help where they can. Very quick from checks and paper work to collecting the keys. No hidden fees. Nicola & Charlotte both dealt with my viewing, application and moving in process. Can not fault either of them. Very polite and friendly. They both made the whole process very stress free! Happy to have them as my acting landlord :)
