I have been with Tristram f as a landlord or a few years. I have had different tenants rent my property during that time. When dealing with an agency one tends to communicate with the same agents as they get to know the tenants ; property and are best at communicating with them. I have been lucky to have been communicating with Chloe Lindo(property manager) for most of the time. She has been very prompt and very efficient in dealing with any matters arising, in particular, at forming good and positive relations with tenants and hence good outcomes as a result of her communication skills. I have recently been communicating with Liam Kavanaugh who has also proved to be excellent and very helpful. In my experience, any estate agency would be stronger with such staff.

I was looking for a property in Highson Green and I had no success because I have a pet, and it's so hard to find landlords who accept pets in Nottingham. Amazing service and experience renting a new home - initially spoke with Julia who was very helpful, but since initial contact have been dealing with Savannah who has gone above and beyond in answering any queries we’ve had over the phone. Felt very secure and transparent which letting agents so rarely do, so it has been a breath of fresh air as a renter.

Good letting agent so far, responsive and convenient to sign everything online as we were moving from Edinburgh. Tristram's were much more accommodating of this than Robert Ellis who were insisting we made multiple trips back and forth from Edinburgh during a pandemic. Inventory was thorough and better than a lot of previous rentals mainly due to it being video rather than photographic.

I am currently looking for a Student house with 6 others and we couldn't have asked for better service. My initial point of contact was Nicola Morris and she has been amazing in helping us find a house. She was not only great at answering any questions we had, and promptly. She also came back into contact with me with another option after we lost out on another house.
