I've used Tristrams since I bought my apartment in 2014 and they've always been extremely helpful. Always answering my calls, getting back to me and keeping me informed. Over the last year, Chloe and Savannah have been excellent and I couldn't recommend them highly enough! :)

I recently bought my first property through Tristram’s and they were the best estate agents I had dealt with throughout. My agent was Phil who was willing to help with any questions and quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Tristrams was my first venture into the student lettings and I met with James and Nicola. They were both very professional and their enthusiasm shone through!!! James was the most personable out of all the agents i meet with and Nicola sealed the deal with the 1st tenants. Great sales technique - not high pressured but got the job done!!!

Our dealings with Tristrams have been very positive especially with Liam who was very professional and responsive. Liam always kept us informed of what was happening with the sale of our property and also went over and above with chasing various parties in our chain to ensure a smooth completion. Tristrams weren't even our estate agents in our recent house move. They were representing our seller's. Despite this, Phil was incredibly proactive, responsive and supportive of us- always keeping us updated and answering calls from us. Our move was absolutely horrendous from the start for other reasons, but Phil couldn't do enough for us. If all estate agents were like Phil, then house moving would be a lot less stressful!

The marketing of our property was amazing and we sold in under two weeks. Staff always available to answer any questions and to guide us through the process. I want to thank Tristram’s Lettings Nottingham for such an amazing first experience at viewing a flat. Me and my boyfriend were anxious but Nicola gave us such a warm wholesome welcome to the flat we viewed which really calmed our nerves. Fantastic service received from Tristram’s, particularly Charlotte Sweeney! Finding a rental home in a new country has proven to be challenging, but Charlotte has been on the ball from day 1! Despite choosing another property in the end, she maintained a level of service, professionalism and friendliness that we have found lacking elsewhere.
