Although we didn’t proceed with a purchase with Tristrams due to finding another property, we can’t recommend them highly enough - Talia was wonderful & super helpful! Clear communication & worked with our schedules for viewings. My only feedback would be to improve the property browser tool on the website as this is quite old and clunky, so it could be made more user-friendly with a better display and filtering criteria

Although I’m still in the process of finding a place. Over the last few days the help and advice I’ve received from Alex is beyond anyone or any other company. He’s remained professional, calm, not pushy and very patient. All I can say is that Tristram’s have got a brilliant guy working for them which reflects their business. He’s gained my trust, even after all the negative experiences I’ve had within the area recently through other letting agents (not within Tristrams). Thanks again Alex and hopefully we’ll have a deal soon.

My experience with Tristram was excellent! I got speaking to Luke and after taking my details, he helped with my application, a few hours later, he called me that the landlord was pleased with my application. He also mediated between the landlord and I with regards to the tenancy start day. The whole process is commendable and I will recommend their service to anyone.

I was desperate to get my house sold as quickly as possible due to my personal circumstances. I spoke to Tristrams and straight away I was able to get an agent come out to value the property and take photos. The agent who came out was called Liam and he was absolutely fantastic, he was so friendly and got all the paperwork sent to me straight away. Once the house was officially for sale the estate agent I had was Talia, she was very efficient, she was here early for each of my viewings and very friendly. Tristrams knew we needed a quick sale and they helped as much as possible to achieve that. Definitely recommend.

I just want to share the experience we have had in our dealings with Tristram's in the sale of our property. Liam kavanagh came to value the flat and gave us sensible advice and guidance on the best way to achieve a successful sale. He followed this through with frequent communication which demonstrated his genuine commitment to selling the flat. He is very knowledgeable in the local property market and made the most of a variety of ways to promote the property Once the flat was on the market we then received regular weekly updates from the office based staff which gave us the opportunity to discuss and consider the different options when we didn't seem to be getting much interest. We were very pleased with Talia who conducted a viewing on our behalf, she was quick to give us feedback and to negotiate the best price. Tristram's have made the process of selling a property as easy as it could possibly be, there has never been any difficulty getting them on the phone and speaking to the person we wanted. They have treated us respectfully and made us feel comfortable to contact them at any time. Hopefully this sale goes through but if not I have no doubt that the team at Tristram's will get a sale for us, on a property which has limitations on who can buy it. Sandra Reid

My experiences with Tristram's have been rather pleasant. The letting agent, Tom, who accompanied me to the viewings was friendly, honest and genuine; I really appreciated him! Only a few hours after completing an application form, I got a call from Luke to discuss my application. He promptly discussed it with the landlady and I was able to move into the new property within 10 days. The whole process was rather smooth and all paperwork and referencing were taken care of online which suited me as I did not live locally. In short, I would certainly recommend Tristram's!
