I recently had a six-monthly inspection visit by Georgia Boot from Tristrams, for the property I currently rent. Georgia was very friendly and professional; she did a thorough inspection of both the house interior and exterior and took note of the areas I highlighted that may or did need bringing to the attention of the landlord. I was impressed with Georgia’s prompt action after her visit, which resulted in contact from external contractors in a very short time. Georgia is a credit to Tristrams and I hope she receives all due recognition from the company.

If I could give 10 stars I would.... Often we are quick to leave negative feedback but not as quick to praise positive actions. Talia Dovey has looked after this buy to let purchase every step of the way, keeping me informed of developments, organising second viewings and trades person viewings and everything in between. For anyone who regularly buys property you will know the struggle of a poor agent but Talia went above and beyond in a market where she really did not have to. It's always a little imposing when you look around a property but she allowed us the freedom to look around at our own pace ensuring we viewed the whole property. It was a pleasure to meet her.
