Having just moved into UK for a week time, my wife and I love a property in first sight which is intorduced by Tristram's. Letting agent, FON is helpful and she always maintain courteous manner to explain since we are new to UK's tenancy agreement. She could also respond promptly for coordinating needs between the landlord and us. It's a pleasant experience of property arrangement in UK for us at a first instance.

Tristams are an excellent agency. The staff are always polite and helpful and any problems are always sorted as quick as possible. Tirana came and did an inspection on my flat and she was very nice and professional.

After having a really bad experience with my landlord Jayne the lettings manager at Tristram’s in Nottingham branch was really really helpful, polite and professional in dealing with me everything I asked she was able to answer if not straightaway got back to me in the timescale that she advised, I haven’t still got my deposit refunded from the landlord as this was dealt with directly by the landlord and not through Tristram’s. However Tristrams is trying to charge me for a missed appointment with a maintenance guy he didn’t have the kids to call beforehand as requested hence I was not in otherwise Tristins I’ve been a great help.

We have worked together with Tristrams for a few months now and I have to say they are a pleasure to work with. The property managers in the office - Georgia, Julia & Tiarna are brilliant and always go the extra mile to get things sorted! Highly Recommended.
