As a university student I was struggling to find a place to stay. The services that Tristram’s offered were very helpful . Adam was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond! He made sure that I was comfortable and responded to my enquiries in good time and is thoroughly professional. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me.

We've decided to rent a house through Tristrams on late Friday afternoon and got the application form almost immediately. Today - Tuesday afternoon we got the decision: the house is ours to rent :) Luke advocated for us and continously assisted in securing this tenancy for which we are very grateful. Not long to move in!

Although we didn’t proceed with a purchase with Tristrams due to finding another property, we can’t recommend them highly enough - Talia was wonderful & super helpful! Clear communication & worked with our schedules for viewings. My only feedback would be to improve the property browser tool on the website as this is quite old and clunky, so it could be made more user-friendly with a better display and filtering criteria

Although I’m still in the process of finding a place. Over the last few days the help and advice I’ve received from Alex is beyond anyone or any other company. He’s remained professional, calm, not pushy and very patient. All I can say is that Tristram’s have got a brilliant guy working for them which reflects their business. He’s gained my trust, even after all the negative experiences I’ve had within the area recently through other letting agents (not within Tristrams). Thanks again Alex and hopefully we’ll have a deal soon.

We were lucky enough to meet Talia, to show us around our potential property purchase. So far she has been wonderful. Helpful, professional, efficient and very approachable, and has really made us want to deal with Tristram's further, so much so we are now looking at buying a 2nd buy to let from them.

My experience with Tristram was excellent! I got speaking to Luke and after taking my details, he helped with my application, a few hours later, he called me that the landlord was pleased with my application. He also mediated between the landlord and I with regards to the tenancy start day. The whole process is commendable and I will recommend their service to anyone.

I was desperate to get my house sold as quickly as possible due to my personal circumstances. I spoke to Tristrams and straight away I was able to get an agent come out to value the property and take photos. The agent who came out was called Liam and he was absolutely fantastic, he was so friendly and got all the paperwork sent to me straight away. Once the house was officially for sale the estate agent I had was Talia, she was very efficient, she was here early for each of my viewings and very friendly. Tristrams knew we needed a quick sale and they helped as much as possible to achieve that. Definitely recommend.
