CJ Hole have managed my flat since 2017 and I am very happy with the service they provide. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When necessary, they have worked with me to quickly find new tenants. They have identified contractors and managed maintenance work, such as internal decoration. They provide reports at regular intervals to update me on how well the property is being kept and advise me of any needed work. In 6 years I have never needed to visit the property.

So far my experience has been very good. Most of the communication is friendly yet professional. Happy with their level of service and would recommend them.

Factoring out the Christmas break - less than a week from viewing the property to moving in! The staff were extremely helpful in answering, assisting and sorting out everything in a timely and professional manner.

Really good service from everyone we encountered at the willow brook branch. Lower administration fees compared to other agencies and had a genunine easy going attitude, easy to talk to.

I didn't have a good experience with CJ Hole, i am relocating my family from another country so i need to have a rented house before they move here, but they are saying first move your family here we will meet all adults and then we can show you the houses, and mentioning that it's legal binding to them which seems totally illogical for me. They advised me to book the hotel, bring your family then we will show you the houses and after choosing one i can move there which doesn't make any sense. When we apply for the visa they ask us about the address where we are going to live, when you apply for school admission they also need an address. And as per CJ hole i need to move my family first and then i can get the house. So either the government policy to ask the address is wrong or the CJ hole doesn't have the ability and skills to tackle this situation. Maybe they just want to work in simple cases and are too lazy to deal with relocation cases. I just selected 2 stars because of the man who met me at the reception, otherwise zero was the option.
