The Team at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke assisted me well in the purchase of an existing Buy to Let HMO. Though I had a few issues in setting up finance, the sales and progression staff were professional and courteous. The transaction did take a while, mainly due to actions necessary on my part but we got there in the end. The Property Management staff organised the transition of the existing tenants ensuring all compliance paperwork was in place at the transfer point. I've been renting different properties since 2006 and to be honest, dealing with the letting agencies has always been a bit of a hit and miss. We have been renting through C J Hole since last year and could not be happier with the service that we have received so far. We have been dealing with Cherelle as she is our property manager and we are both really, really happy with how she has handled our queries so far. She is friendly, professional and responsive.
