I have been contracting as a Locksmith for CJ Hole for the last 2 years and have always found them to be fast, reliable and up front with any issues that they have needed me for. Landlords and tenants alike require access and security from their rental property and CJ Hole have always made this of paramount importance, which is evidenced in how quickly they get in touch whenever there is an issue with one of their properties. As someone who has rented in the past, I can appreciate what a fantastic job they do, and my interactions with Cherelle and Scott are always a pleasure.

The Team at CJ Hole Bradley Stoke assisted me well in the purchase of an existing Buy to Let HMO. Though I had a few issues in setting up finance, the sales and progression staff were professional and courteous. The transaction did take a while, mainly due to actions necessary on my part but we got there in the end. The Property Management staff organised the transition of the existing tenants ensuring all compliance paperwork was in place at the transfer point. Thanks for being patient and facilitating it through Team @ CJ Hole.

C J Hole are fantastic Letting Agents. I had a great experience with them. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease as this is my first time renting on my own. Cherelle was really welcoming and approachable when she did the check in at the flat with me and she answered all my many questions clearly. The whole team were also really attentive and very pleasant when I called up quite a few times! Thank you all so much for making the process of moving so smooth.
