I would 100% recommend Martin & Co, the journey we have had with them has been the best first experience. Myself and my Partner are renting our first property and we could not have done it without Samantha Cunningham. She has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made sure we knew about everything as it is our first time renting. She did not get annoyed once about all of my calls and emails that I made to track the progress ,what things are needed from us and all of my questions. We smoothly went through the whole process in a week of viewing the property. When we went to our viewing she was extremely helpful and gave everything in detail, there was one issue with the Blinds however she has made sure that it was sorted for us. She even went to the effort of arranging us to view the property again a week before we moved in so we could properly measure things and get a good idea of the organisation ideas we have. We found this very welcoming due to a viewing we had with a different estate agent was very unwelcoming and she was very rude and was not helpful so it was amazing to come to Martin & Co and have this experience.
