Always returning my calls and emails, answering my queries no matter how silly and they've been prompt in resolving any issues. I unfortunately had issues with the solicitors I chose for the purchase of my house - Kieran Arthur was particularly great in communicating with them and getting results where I failed to do so. It was a great support - easing my stress and frustration.

We work closely with a few estate agents doing call outs and making sure the properties are safe for the tenants and new owners, Newton Fallowell are brilliant. They use technology that means that we get a full report of the issue as it arises and the tenants have the opportunity to put comments and photos etc with it, this means we can work quickly and effectively to make sure that the issue is resolved and the tenants are happy. On the rare occasion that I haven't had enough information the team are quick to resolve and so friendly that it is never a chore to call them for the information. I would recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone that is maybe nervous about issues not being resolved quickly by estate agents, first time renters and anyone that wants an easy tenancy.
