For my first house which i just bought in Bourne, I went through Newton Fallowell. Have to say, I was very impressed with their professionalism and support, in particular the sales agent Kieran Chadwick who went above and beyond. He kept me updated and would always respond quickly to all email queries and phone calls. For a first time buyer, there was never any unsolved doubts with him. Towards the end he proactively helped push for exchange and kept me updated throughout when the solicitors didn't. A very friendly team who work well together to get the job done. Always call back when they say they will, which, believe me is a rarity these days! They have just managed the sale of a property for me after acting as letting agents for it over the last six or seven years and I can endorse them as both sellers and letting agents!

Newton Fallowell were great in the selling process of my property. They always give a promote reply to any questions (however silly).
