The service from Newton Fallowell was very quick from valuation with Henry to sale within 3 ½ weeks! Slight mishap with the sold board going up in error but as it was needed a mere week later cannot complain! Excellent photos taken of our property by Matt and I truly believe he showcased the house at its best. Very friendly staff :)

I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell Bourne when selling a property. The whole team have been very communicative throughout. I dealt mainly with Henry and Caitlin. Henry initially viewed the property and was very efficient in getting it on the market and Caitlin helped to negotiate the sale which went very smoothly.

As a property maintenance contractor, I have almost daily contact with Alison, the Property Lettings Manager. Alison is always ahead of the game regarding the upkeep of the many properties she is responsible for. She has to co-ordinate a wide range of issues, such as plumbing, decoration, security and safety and is very efficient at administrating the delegation of work in a timely manner. She ensures crucial details of the tasks (including photos) are released expeditiously, allowing the work to be completed quickly and efficiently, to the satisfaction of the tenant and landlord.
