As a first time landlord we were a bit apprehensive about the whole process. However, from the beginning Kim explained everything, sorted the marketing and vetting as agreed and found us the ideal tenant. She responded virtually immediately to all my emails and was always good humoured, friendly and very professional. The detailed inventory and condition report was first class and even though we were away on a pre-booked holiday when the tenant moved in, we were totally relaxed about it as we knew Kim would handle any queries efficiently and keep us updated. We have been totally happy with the service provided and cannot praise Newton Fallowell, in particular Kim, highly enough.
