The rent department are awful. The rent manager's communication is atrocious and patronising. The contractor we've asked not to have keeps getting sent. He tells us our toilet is broken and we need a new one. (It's just the flush that's not working) and yet when we try to make arrangements for the repair, the rent manager says that the toilet is fine and the contractor has said it is fine. One of them is lieing and which ever way, is a total waste of my time and our landlords money. I don't see what the gain is here. I've asked for my landlords details in writing, and the rent manager has said I can't have them, which is against my rights as a Tenant. I wouldn't bother renting from these people it's not worth the hassel. It's not my toilet or money so.. I guess I'll have to leave it for the next tenants to sort. Good luck.
