Brilliant service I have the full rental protection package I get an invoice each month on time along with my rent. Yes you pat a service but I'd rather pay to have my property managed and maintained by a great company rather than lose thousands of hard earned pounds through tenants who don't pay their rent or sun let the house at a cost to the landlord. The whole process is slick and made easy you ever get a detailed report with photos of all the light fittings ' windows carpets doors rooms and kitchen before the tenants move in. It really is worthwhile all you have to do is watch bad tenants on tv and what hassle a landlord has to go through to realise this is a very worthwhile adventure. A great company who has paid my rent on time each time with out fail. I'd definitely recommend Northwood.
