We have visited Bolton Estate Agent's Office in Bolton to got some information regarding our move. There we found Rebecca, who was kind and interested in our situation. A few weeks later we got back there and we have met Leanne in the matter of looking for a new place to live in Bolton. Her approach was really friendly and helpful. She shown us around in the chosen building, giving access to see 5 different apartments. Any questions came up she was on it to answer them all. As a potential buyer I received an absolutely excellent service. Northwood facilitated a viewing for me within two hours of my calling them on a property which had only been on the market for hours. They are always totally professional, they are always up front in their dealings, they don't make promises they don't keep. The staff are happy and very pleadant to deal with, nothing is too much trouble. There are letting agents out there who could learn a lot from these people, especially about making happy content tenants who stay loyal.
