We have used Belvoir since 2018 to rent, and eventually to sell, my parents house in Bolton The house was rented from 2018 to the end of June 2025, when it was put up for sale. The house was sold in under 6 weeks. During the rental period of nearly 7 years, the house was only empty for a few months and then we were lucky to have long term tenants. During this period Belvoir managed all issues that arose and maintained all necessary certifications necessary to keep the house up to date. Any issues were dealt with very professionally, quickly and without fuss. The house sale was also very well managed, with a sale and exchange of contracts all completed in 6 weeks. Overall we have been very happy with the professionalism and integrity of the Belvoir Bolton team.
