This has been a very satisfying transaction. It went extremely smoothly. Communication was of the highest order. Special mention has to go to Will and Charlotte who worked in tandem to ensure consideration was given to the sale of our mum's house. Having to deal with 3 of us at times, all of whom didn't live locally, could have made for difficulties.
