We spent 17 years renting a property through Belvoir Bolton and it really was a pleasure. All Members of staff we ever dealt with were friendly and helpful, and honest. We felt looked after and any repairs were dealt with swiftly and professionally by Belvoir staff. We felt that Belvoir was as respectful, caring and fair towards us, as they were to our landlord. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I rent a property through Belvoir. The service I receive from them is second to none. The whole team are professional and extremely helpful. My property has just been empty for a short while before the new tenant moved in simply because some work needed to be carried out. Belvoir organised all of the work that was required which saved me a lot of time and effort. I would not hesitate in recommending Belvoir to any landlord.

For 17 years we had as good an experience renting through Belvoir as you could hope to have. We were always as much the customer as the people who owned our house. Any repairs or queries were dealt with swiftly, and all members of staff were respectful, helpful and never made us feel like we were any bother. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Easy proccess and very helpful staff. Paperwork was done efficiently and are always available for help. Especially Jaime, great customer service, 10/10 would recommend.

We contacted Belvoir Bolton when we moved to Bolton in Feb 2020 and rented with Belvoir Bolton until Dec 2023. We had an amazing experience from the enquiry stage until moving out, and everything was taken care of. Professionalism, genuine care, customer service and support was exceptional and we never forget it, so, thank you Belvoir. Having used other Estate and Letting Agents in the past, I strongly recommend Belvoir Bolton, they are the best.
