I can't praise Belvoir enough, Charlotte and the team are fantastic. My house was a part ex for a new build and advertised with Belvoir and another estate agent. I had one viewing by the other estate agent and little contact. The contrast to Belvoir is Night and day. Belvoir pushed from day one to sell my house, giving me plenty of notice for viewings the majority of which they attended on. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone wishing to sell their property, absolutely top notch service
