Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property due to an unforeseen issue with the locks, which had been changed without our knowledge. As soon as this became apparent, our team immediately contacted the office so that all scheduled viewers could be notified, and arrangements could be made to prevent any further wasted journeys. Although some viewers were already en route, our representative remained at the property to personally apologise to anyone who arrived and to provide assistance where possible. We fully appreciate that this situation was disappointing, particularly after making the effort to attend a scheduled appointment.
