Had the pleasure of having Rick in to value my property today. Informative, professional, courteous and not pushy in the slightest (You can’t say that about every estate agent!) Fantastic local knowledge- his experience is clear to see. A good professional service. I would not hesitate in recommending Webbers. No hard sell just genuine honest advice. They know what they are talking about! Easily the best agent in Bodmin in my opinion. Top notch.

Angela really went above and beyond for us, working very hard to help progress things. We had a few delays at no fault of Webbers and Angela was there every step of the way. She was always chasing things up and helping in every way she could. She is friendly, professional, responsive and efficient. Thank you Angela!

Webbers have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish in the sale of my brother’s house. They acted very quickly due to my circumstances, advised me every step of the way, and made sure both my buyers and myself were happy with everything. The sale was handled with professionalism but also with a personal touch. Well done Webbers.

Super efficient service from start to finish . Rick was informative and professional without being pushy as some estate agents can be. I was advised of viewings in a timely manner so I could let my lodgers know in advance. Holly Welch especially was brilliant at keeping me advised of what was happening. I had lots of viewings and when an offer was received that was dealt with in a way that I felt I was being looked after ( I hadn't sold a house for over 30 years) I would recommend Webbers Bodmin to anyone in the local are as a friendly professional efficient team
