Emily (and all others) have been very helpful so far in the reluctant but inevitable sale of my Mums house of 60 or so years . Sad to see it go but unfortunately the state says you have to pay for your own care if you have assets. A totally unfair system ! Rant over but Manning’s have been great

I cannot thank Leah and Julie-Ann and all the staff at Morley Manning Stainton for all their help with my moving process. It wasn’t easy and there was quite a few issues which I knew weren’t of a fault of mine. They all sympathised with me and even held the property for me so I didn’t miss out. Except from those issues (not from Manning Stainton), the whole process was quick and easy, they have the residents interests at heart. Seriously, I cannot thank you guys enough. I now have a long-term home for me and my son to grow and create family memories. If I could give more stars I definitely would!

We recently purchased a property through Manning Stainton, Sophie Newton was aligned to support us. Sophie kept us up to date regularly and even if there wasn't much movement she still kept contact to reassure us.

Leah and Julie Ann were extremely helpful when helping me rent out my house, excellent on email always quick to get back to me. My house was rented quickly and efficiently, would highly recommend!
