I used them to sell my house in Bletchley. The communication was good which i reaĺly appreciate but my house was under estimated which i only found out after a month. Its partly my fault too but i have no idea how this housing market works which is why i paid them huge money to sell my house but they let me down by under estimating my house by 5k. When i found out this after 4 weeks i asked for explanation why it was under estimated but i never had proper response. Since it was late in the process i just wanted to complete this and not create any more fuss so i just left it. Clearly they using some tactics to under estimate some properties. Be careful when you decide to use them and you know whats your house worth is.. dont let this estate agents to decide your house price. There are many other online agency these days who can sell your house for very little money, i paid huge amount to this estate agent just to sell my house for cheap - be careful if you decide to use them.NegativeProfessionalism, Value
