Very informative and helpful, I was stuck with an estate agents for 7 months with early any viewings. I switched to fine and country, within the first 2 weeks they had surpassed the amount of viewings by the previous agents over their 7 months. by the end of the first month I had an offer in and accepted. but it didn't stop there, they have been tireless in helping get the sale through as quickly as possible, no chasing up on them, nothing. so bloody refreshing to have an estate agents that actually want to GET THE JOB DONE. Thank you all for your continued support during the sale of our house. We received an offer within 2 weeks of our house going up for sale. Sadly the purchaser pulled out after 17 weeks. You then had another purchaser for us within 2 weeks again. Sadly the young couple then lost 2 sales on their house but we stuck with them. At last and only due to the constant support from Rebecca Sleet the Office Manager everything finally came together.
