Wonderful people and a fantastic team. Smooth experience with the sale of my property from start to finish. We were kept informed of every stage and every step of the progress during the sale. From start to finish an excellent experience. The staff were very professional and always welcoming when I went into the office. My bungalow sold very quickly and this reflects on how good these guys actually are. Of the three agents who first came to my house to talk about the sale, The Manager, Simon, was, by far, the most professional, informative and helpful person. After agreeing to deal with Farrell Heyworth I made occasional phone calls and Katie Garnett always helped me and kept me well informed. She was very efficient, very friendly and very easy to understand. Her manner on the telephone was excellent. Sarah came to oversee the first viewing and she was unbelievably good. So good, in fact, that I had an offer of the full price within half an hour. I would recommend your company to ANYONE who needs to sell their house without delays or complications. My dealings with your company were very pleasant and were handled professionally.
