Whilst trying to sell my house, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Katie Garnett. Katie has been great. She’s kept me informed of any developments, and has always responded to my emails quickly and professionally. She directed me to different routes to take when trying to sell my home, but what came across the most, was her genuine care and commitment to getting the best outcome for me. We have recently sold our home and moved in to our new house. It has certainly been a long process and that’s no fault of Farrell Hayworth. Katie supported us in the beginning and was excellent. Later on in the process Alison Whiteside kept us informed and updated. We cannot thank her enough, she is incredible at what she does! We are so thankful to everyone at the Farrell Hayworth and their professionalism and support through the process. Personally, I couldn’t recommend anyone/anywhere else more.

All FH Cleveleys staff have been brilliant. From initial contact through to the valuation has been seamless. Had Taleah come round to do my property appraisal, she was punctual which for me is a big thing. She asked all the relevant questions with regards to the property giving her an insight as to the marketable value of my bungalow. Her knowledge of the local area and housing stock is second to none. Upon agreeing a price she was able to show me a full presentation of how the property would be shown to prospective buyers and it was extremely impressive. I can highly recommend FH as an estate agent and you will not be disappointed when Taleah appraises your home. :-)

Alison was absolutely fantastic at sorting out issues and getting a sale finalized for me! Honestly, she took a situation that was stressful and tiring and turned it into a breeze, chasing up all the various elements and making it so much easier, so I couldn't be happier about that! Plus, the relaxed tone of conversation was so refreshing when you spend so much time dealing with procedure and the like. Great experience and lovely person!
