My experience with Farrell heyworth has been excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend using this estate agent whether it's for selling, buying, renting etc, as they are very welcoming, professional and helpful in every step of the way! Katie at the cleveleys branch has been brilliant in managing my property on the market. The whole team are great in working together to get the best outcomes! I've also liased with Allison, Debbie, Stephen, Nick, along the way, for the valuation, viewings, mortgage advice and other correspondence that comes with selling a house and they have all been great. The communication is outstanding, everybody is efficient in what they do. They put me at ease when I've felt nervous about selling my home. They had protective measures in place during lockdown to keep us all safe, but while still delivering an outstanding service. The whole experience of selling a property through them has been enjoyable, relaxing and stress free. There really is no doubt about it, I would use them again in a heartbeat. Absolutely 5 star service, recommended to all! Xx

I used Farrell Heyworth to recently let out my property. Sarah Mayson in lettings was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She went above and beyond, even helping me to arrange finishing touches to the flat as I live out of the area. I would 100% recommend using her services.

Sarah Mayson (Lettings) has been fantastic from start to finish in our home we rented for circa 5 years. Nothing was ever to big an ask or too small or silly. Sarah has helped us find our new property as we wanted to find somewhere bigger and suitable for a family home. Sarah took all the pain away ensuring it was smooth effortless journey from start to finish. So kind of her, she even got us a card and some bubbly when the move was complete and we will be in touch going forwards should we need any advice.
