The sale of our property was fraught with difficulties, in part because the property was quite unusual, but principally because the first buyer withdrew from the sale literally a couple of days before completion, and our second potential buyers lost their sale when it was nearing completion and could therefore not progress at that moment although still keen to buy our property. Throughout this period, the agency and our appointed contact Katie kept our spirits up and kept us informed of any updates or potential viewings. Once our future buyers were confirmed Katie was always available to answer any questions we had, and invariably had a better idea of where "the chain" was up to than our legal representatives did. Simon the office manager is quite a character and was also very helpful with advice. All in all we found the service provided was very good and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
